Yoono is a browser addon that enables the user to easily share an item across multiple networks. It should be noted that you may already replicate some items across several networks. For example, it's likely if you use FriendFeed or Twitter that you pull those posts into Facebook. So, before you start experimenting with this tool, be sure you don't double your posts by sending the same link to all your social media accounts which may continue to populate accounts you've already updated.

This is Yoono is action.
First, you'll need to add the addon to Firefox or IE. The IE addon is presently a Beta. I install the Firefox addon to show you how the configuration process works in Firefox.

The website does a good job of instructing you to do things many Firefox users will already know. But, you'll need to enable the installation by clicking on the appropriate button.

Click on Install Now.

Then, restart Firefox.

Next you'll see the Terms of Use Agreement, and the typical Firefox update panel behind it.

The first Yoono screen you'll see encourages you to set up your various social media accounts. Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter are likely the most common accounts. I set up FriendFeed and a GoogleTalk IM account as well in the following examples.

Just click on the Facebook icon and then log into your Facebook account to authorize it.

You could invite friends to also use Yonoo from here, or move on.

Authorizing your MySpace simply requires you to enter your email and password for the MySpace account.

A simple success screen pops up when you've successfully authenticated the account.

Click on the Twitter icon, enter your username and password for Twitter.

You can also set up your Flickr account.

Click on the FriendFeed icon to enable FriendFeed posts. If you are already logged into FriendFeed, it will pull your credentials and key. Otherwise, you'll need to click on the icon and log in.

Type in your username and password and click OK to log into your GoogleTalk (Gmail) account.
Since I use my FriendFeed account to feed my Twitter and Facebook streams, I don't need to enable all these accounts to populate my various social networks with updates. But, Yonoo also keeps you updated on new posts through each of these accounts and may serve as a reading client.
To make this tool truly useful for the marketer, it would need integration with metrics tools like Bit.ly and su.pr account support. But, for simple sharing with friends, it's quite nice. The feed in the lower bottom corner can be nice too, if not distracting.
