You will have a lot of services enabled over the course of your internet presence. All this stuff can easily become overwhelming. The easiest thing to do is create a schedule and a disciplined list of tasks. I'm going to work on creating a practical tutorial on this process this week. Google, where it fits in

Your Google account has a lot of useful features, not the least of which is access to all Google features and services. Google is a big, monolithic monster of a corporation. I wouldn't suggest anyone put their fate in its hand. But, it's a good creature to utilize and understand - as best as any person can understand a creature like Google. Since it's the number 1 search engine, number one internet advertising venue and likely a big player in all future things internet, it has its place in your arsenal.

Google Analytics is an important tool, and you have access to your traffic analysis via this free feature. It's especially useful if you ever use Google advertising to promote your website. It's address is google.com/analytics/

You'll need a Google account (use your existing Google credentials) and log in to review your traffic information. Tekany clients are provided a social map which includes this information. If you're a Tekany client and you don't have your social map, request it.
