There is no single dashboard where you can configure your basic settings. An example of this challenge is the MySpace URL, which you can only set once and are never allowed to change once set. If you click on Home, it appears directly below your profile pic. Elsewhere, there is no indication where or how you may change your URL.

In the MySpace profile view you can see your URL, whatever it is. However, clicking on the link doesn't allow you to change it and there is no simple "edit" button available. This is a basic UI oversight common to similar sites.

Profile management for an artist account is significantly different from a standard MySpace account. Click on Home, then click on Safe Mode.

Instead of the simple Profile 2.0 that individual users enjoy, you will need to paste your CSS and style modifications into the Members space. Once you publish it, the style is updated.
