If you want a Facebook.com/YOURNAME web address for your company, you need two things: a business page; 25 "fans" or "likes." If you already have a business page, go to facebook.com/username. This Facebook page allows you to add a username for your personal account or to any existing Facebook page you administer.
Just pick the Facebook page for which you want to create the new address or username, type in the username you would like to have and click the check availability button to see if it is available. Keep in mind that Facebook has hundreds of millions of users, so you may need to be creative in obtaining a username that best fits your business. It hurts nothing to check availability. You are asked before committing to the username. It may be safe to just type in Facebook.com/ANYNAMEYOUWANT before starting this process. But, it is ultimately important that you do not commit to a name unless you absolutely want it. For now, Facebook does not allow name changes. So, whatever name you reserve is your's for life (or, until Facebook take it away it at their discression for trademark reasons). It would benefit your Facebook page to use a name you are fairly sure is either trademarked by you or not at all.
