If you find yourself staring at a Facebook page with language you can't read (or gibberish because you haven't installed the language fonts it's displaying), just look to the bottom left hand corner of the Facebook screen and you should see the language next to the Facebook copyright notice.

Click on the language link, and you'll see several options op up. Pick your preference. Upside down English and Pirate English are fun for English speakers.
