Start up your Outlook 2007 program, click on Tools (at the top), Account Settings and click on New.

Choose the Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP mail option - or the mail option. We're setting up an email account.

Choose manual configuration, because this works whether your mail is pointing to Google yet or not.

Choose internet email.

Enter your POP3 information and then click on More Settings. It's important to remember that your User Name here is your email address if you have a domain account.

Pick My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and set it to use the same settings as your incoming mail server.

Set your Incoming server (POP3) to use port 995 and check the encrypted SSL box.

Set your Outgoing server (SMTP) to use port 587 and set it to Auto. Click on OK

You should be done now. Simply click Finish and test your account.
