Box is a simple file sharing and collaboration tool, free for small volume shares. Signing up is short and simple, and in seconds you can start sharing files and documents with collaborators or clients. All they require is an email adderss, password and a phone number. You're instantly granted access to the service.

Once you have an account, create a folder and invite people to view or edit the folder's content. The interface is very intuitive with simple links like Upload, Collaborators, etc.

Simple buttons allow you to add a note, tag as a "starred note" or select from one of several actions. If you've yet to invite a collaborator, clicking on invite collaborators allows you to invite people (via email) to participate.

You receive email notices regarding actions you and collaborators take on the folders you create.

You receive notices when collaborators accept your invitation.

The notification that a collaborator has downloaded a file helps you track important activity.
